The diagram below illustrates the proportions of selections received. Intriguingly they fell into four roughly equal groups. We did not design these groupings, they were identifed after the study results came in.

We had expected tech issues to dominate. So we were surprised when a quarter of the total responses were about the shortage of personnel with shortage of people experienced in large-scale change being the single greatest option ticked (45% of respondents).
