Project Support Officers

Innovation’s Programme & Project Support Officers (PSOs) and Co-Ordinators are assigned individually, or as complete teams.

Each one of our PSOs are selected on the basis of their own ‘self-driven’ interest and professional pride in achieving an excellent result.

All members of our Programme and Projects Support Team are fully trained in the use of most project management systems and methodologies, including ‘PRINCE 2’ and our own Programme and Project Management Approaches (PgMA/PMA)

As working team members they are actively encouraged to share their experience and techniques with client staff. In this way, we seek to deliver significent added-value with every assignment
