Project Support Officers

Innovation’s Programme & Project Integration Managers and Support Officers  are assigned individually, or as complete teams.

Each one of our Support Consultantsour PSOs are selected on the basis of their own ‘self-driven’ interest and professional pride in achieving an excellent result.

All members of our Programme and Projects Support Team are fully trained in the use of most project management systems and methodologies, including ‘PRINCE 2’ and our own Programme and Project Management Approaches (PgMA/PMA)

They are multi-talented and skilled individuals who deliver far more than just ‘planning’. This includes: Communications, Management Deputisation, Integrated Estimating & Planning, Risk and Issue Facilitation and Management, Resource, Cost & Change Management, etc

As working team members they are actively encouraged to share their experience and techniques with client staff. In this way, we seek to deliver significant added-value with every assignment
