Peter has a 25 year track-record of the successful definition and delivery of large-scale Programmes across many key sectors, including: Utilities/Engineering, Finance, Business & Culture Change, IT & Systems.
His main focus now is in delivering his depth of knowledge as one of the company’s Principal Programme Architects via the facilitation of Programme Definition Workshops, and the application of our PMEX services, including, ‘Positive Audits’
Ian Miller
COO, Programmes and Projects Director
Ian has extensive knowledge of organising, defining and managing business critical Programmes and Projects within the Finance and IT sectors
His attention to detail ensures that all elements of a Programme and its subsidiary Projects are fully identified, understood, interfaced and delivered within the agreed mandate of each assignment.
Richard Beaven
Commercial Director
Richard has a long and successful career in implementing change within corporate environments in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
His experience includes support and guidance for senior management teams during times of change and his competencies include general business management and consultancy, large IT project/programme management and change project management.
Robin Grant
Administration Director
Robin Grant is a qualified accountant with extensive experience in large capital intensive industries. His experience includes working for Shell UK Exploration & production in a variety of roles covering business services, management accounting and contracting services where he was responsible for the contracting of services ranging from the supply of helicopters, supply boats, drilling & exploration services and major construction contracts.
Since leaving Shell in 1992 Robin has been Finance Director and Compliance Director for ScottishPower’s Generation Division prior to joining Innovation in 2003. Prior to transferring to Generation HO he was responsible for all support services, including HR, at a major power station.
Robin also has extensive experience in financial controls including Sarbanes Oxley
Henry Cohen
Business Development Director
Experienced business and technology change Programme Director with a significant track record of achievement in strategic business change and programme management for a wide variety of public sector, UK and European organisations. He also has considerable experience in the areas of outsourcing, shared services and third party supplier relationships.
His experience of business development and contract management gained at Ernst & Young, Deloitte & Touche and as a Divisional Director at Cap Gemini Sogeti ensures that Innovation creates and maintains positive and supportive client relationships.
Gordon Lee
MD, Innovation Digital
Gordon leads our digital division and oversees the delivery of IT consultancy, website planning and delivery and marketing services.
Gordon is a respected marketing strategist and has held positions in ScottishPower and Northern Electric. Having previously run his own marketing strategy and project management company, Gordon has been applying these skills to the digital media sector for the past 10 years.
Zach Watt
Projects Delivery Director, Innovation Digital
Zach has over 15 years experience in the IT industry and has held technical, business consultancy and project management positions within ScottishPower and HarperCollins.
Core expertise is in strategic planning, project management, consultancy, analysis and change management.
Kevin Hann
Innovation 11kV Operations Director
Kevin manages the delivery of all Electrical Engineering Services for Innovation 11kV.
Kevin is a Chartered Electrical Power Engineer with over 35 years in depth experience of Electrical Utility Operations.
Since leaving EDF Energy Networks after 32 years in 2004, where he managed a team of 50 staff as an Engineering Projects Manager, Kevin has managed several successful projects including the design, installation and commissioning of 4 large wind farms for McNicholas Construction. He has also run many successful ‘Safe Systems at Work’ Training Courses for clients including facilities management companies such as Mitie and large construction companies such as Morgan est. He also acts as the Consultant electrical Engineer for several private HV networks such as the O2 (Millennium Dome) and at Level 3, where he has developed Operational Safety systems.
