The Central Support Service has been specifically designed to provide a centre of excellence for Programme & Project Office Support.
This is a flexible and reliable service which is on-demand and available from as little as a single day.
In any project, the need for project support is high at both the initiation and completion stages, but typically lower throughout design/development. Innovation’s Central Support Service can provide a matched profile, thus reducing the cost of support, but not quality.
To deliver continuity the same individuals are assigned throughout each project but are only charged as used.
Delivered from Innovation’s Centres in Glasgow & London the service provides a completely automated Project Intranet System supported by an expert Central Support Team and ‘Field Project Support Officers’, where required.
